Brikl Launches On-Demand Delivery Pilot Project in Miami

We’re excited to announce the launch of our first on-demand delivery pilot in Miami, powered by Brikl and Hanes.

This pilot marks the beginning of a new era for custom products — one where customers can order, decorate, and receive custom products faster than ever before.

What the Miami Pilot Is About

The pilot focuses on a curated collection of Hanes® products, each prepared with preset decoration placeholders for easy customization.

Decorators in the Miami area can add these products to their catalogs and make them available through the Brikl Marketplace, offering same-day or next-day production and delivery.
  • If you’re a decorator based in Miami, you can sign up now for free to participate in this program and be among the first to offer on-demand delivery.
Distributors (or brand/marketing agencies) in the Miami area can select these products from the Brikl marketplace, sell through a Brikl-powered store or order through the Brikl ordering tool.
  • If you’re a distributor based in Miami, you can sign up now for free to participate in this program and be among the first to offer these products and this new service to your customers

What Is On-Demand Delivery for Custom Products?

On-demand delivery brings the speed and convenience of online shopping to custom products.

Traditionally, on-demand custom products may take a week or more to produce and ship. With Brikl’s technology and Hanes’ product catalog, that entire process is compressed into just a couple of days.

Here’s how it works:
  1. Order placed – A customer buys a Hanes product from a Brikl-powered store or through the Brikl ordering tool. During checkout, the customer can choose on-demand delivery for faster turnaround. If not selected, the order is processed through Brikl’s standard on-demand network.
  2. Smart routing – Brikl automatically routes the order to the nearest participating decorator you’ve selected.
  3. Local production – The assigned decorator embellishes the product and marks it ready for pickup once decoration is complete.
  4. Last-mile delivery – A local logistics partner collects the finished item and delivers it directly to the customer’s door — often the same day or the next.
This model gives customers a seamless buying experience while helping decorators capture more local orders without additional overhead.

The Role of Last-Mile Delivery

The final hand-off — from the decorator to the customer — is what makes on-demand delivery possible.

Through last-mile delivery services, finished products are picked up directly from the production location and can be delivered within hours.

Why Start in Miami?

Miami was chosen for its strong community of decorators and vibrant local market of distributors (and brand/marketing agencies).

It’s the ideal environment to validate the full workflow — from order routing and local production to last-mile delivery. The pilot will help us:
  • Measure turnaround times and delivery accuracy
  • Understand network capacity
  • Identify ways to scale the service to other U.S. cities
Once the pilot phase is complete, we’ll expand to additional metro areas across the U.S.

What’s Next

This pilot represents the first step toward national on-demand delivery for custom products.

As we gather data and feedback from Miami decorators, we’ll continue refining the process: adding more cities, more Hanes SKUs, and eventually more brands.
If you’re in the Miami area, don’t miss the chance to be part of this innovation.
