Yes — Brikl is free to try: the Launch plan has no monthly subscription and no setup fee, so you only pay a 3.5% commission per transaction and nothing until you make a sale. Unlimited stores, users and organizations are included.
No — you don't need to be a distributor to use Brikl. Distributors and decorators are Brikl's primary audience, but businesses and organizations — schools, sports clubs, gyms, nonprofits, companies and creators — can use Brikl directly and build their own store self-serve. If you'd rather not run it yourself, just ask: Brikl will connect your organization with a trusted distributor partner who manages the store, the artwork and the ordering for you.
Yes — a school, gym or nonprofit can use Brikl directly to run its own branded merch store on your own domain and branding, with no inventory to buy, no minimum order quantities and nothing to pay until someone orders. Products are made on demand and shipped direct to the person who bought them, so there is no stockroom and no unsold merch at the end of a season.
On Brikl you create your first store with Turbo Store, which builds a stocked, branded, correctly priced store in about ten seconds. You make three picks — what the company does, which quality tier, and your logo — and it assembles the catalog, applies the pricing, places the artwork and opens the storefront. Everything it builds stays editable afterwards, and you can build one by hand instead if you'd rather.
You add products to a Brikl catalog from the Supplier Marketplace: browse 8,288 products from 190+ brands and send the ones you want into a new or existing catalog at live wholesale cost. Filter by category, decoration method, size, color or fulfillment partner.
You invite team members on Brikl from user management by email, and assign each person a role that decides which sections of the dashboard they can open. Brikl includes unlimited users on every plan — there's no per-seat charge — and every record carries an owner so responsibility is always visible.

Yes — Brikl includes unlimited stores on every plan, so you can run a separate store for each client, team or program from one account, each with its own URL, template, catalog selection and branding. Every store you run appears in one list with its status, products, orders, revenue, customer and owner.
On Brikl you serve a store three ways: a free Brikl subdomain with SSL handled, a domain you already own, or one bought through Brikl. To connect a domain you own, point it at Brikl with a CNAME first and then connect it — the record is checked at that moment, so a domain that isn't pointed yet is rejected with the exact target to add. HTTPS certificates issue automatically, and a domain serves one store at a time.
Yes — on Brikl, design and content are separate, so changing how a store looks never touches what it sells. Pick a template, then change the storefront in the Store Editor by clicking the section you want to edit: the header, the navigation, the lead space, the cart drawer or the footer, on the live store itself. Your catalogs, products and settings carry over unchanged.
Yes — Brikl clones any catalog with its categories, colorways, logo assignments and pricing, so you adjust the copy for a new client instead of starting from an empty screen. The duplicate is independent, and the original is untouched.
Yes — on Brikl a store's opening mode is either always open or a scheduled window, set with an open and a close date. Outside the window shoppers see a coming-soon or closed page rather than an empty store, and the orders collected during the window are batched into production after it closes. It is the same store either way, so a seasonal programme is a setting rather than a rebuild each year.
Yes — on Brikl a store links to as many catalogs as you need, and in multi-store mode shoppers land on a catalog hub and choose. Each catalog then behaves as its own storefront with its own products, pricing and decoration rules, from one shell with no second instance and no separate plan.
Yes — Brikl links a store to Base44, Framer, Lovable, Shopify, Squarespace or Webflow, and that platform then provides the web address, the front-end and customer sign-in. Products, stock, pricing and orders stay in sync with Brikl; linking never moves your data, and unlinking switches the store back.
Brikl supports 12+ decoration methods: DTG, DTF, Embroidery, Screen Printing, Sublimation, UV Printing, Engraving, Heat Transfer, Pad Printing, Laser Etching, Debossing and Vinyl. The available methods depend on which fulfillment partners you use.
On Brikl the artwork file requirement depends on the decoration method, and the Design Tool tells you which file each item needs — a method that needs a PNG says so, one that needs an EPS says so. Methods that take the same file type are grouped into a bucket, so one upload can cover every item using them, and the studio checks a file's resolution against the print size and warns when it will run but won't be crisp.
Brikl's Design Tool brands a whole order in three steps — choose a decoration method, add the logos, then place them — with three moves inside each step and every decision applying across every item at once rather than product by product. Each item keeps its own in-bulk switch for the cases that need to differ, and when you save and exit the artwork is attached and you land back on pricing.
Brikl's product settings table is the table inside a catalog: one row per product carrying its category, colorways and sizes, decoration, base cost, pricing rule and sell price. A pricing rule prices every product, colorway and size in one pass — markup, then fees, then any upcharge, then the price ending — and you can still override an individual row by hand.
Yes — on Brikl a product opens into its colorways and a colorway opens into its sizes, so you work at whichever level the decision belongs to. Decoration applies across the order by default, and each item carries its own in-bulk switch to be set individually, so one product in one colorway can be branded differently from the rest of the run.
On Brikl you mark a text layer as shopper-editable with a label and a character limit set against the print area, and it becomes an option on the product page beside size and color. The storefront renders the design with their value in it as they type, so they see the finished item before they buy. Give the field a list of values and the shopper picks from it rather than typing, and whatever they enter travels with the line item as data — so each unit's artwork is generated from its own value rather than transcribed from an email.
Yes — Brikl's Order Builder places the bulk orders you place today without a storefront existing at all. A per-size, per-colorway grid takes the quantities, prices them at the volume break the order qualifies for, applies decoration at the item level and shows the margin as you build; the finished order routes straight to production. Orders that arrive from a store, a team store or the marketplace land in the same list and are worked the same way.
On Brikl, once a customer orders everything runs automatically: payment is captured, the order routes to the right fulfillment partner via API, production-ready art is sent, the item is decorated and shipped direct to the customer, and your commission is calculated for payout.
Brikl maps each product to a fulfillment partner, so when a customer checks out with items from different partners, Brikl automatically splits the order and routes each line item to the correct producer.
On Brikl, typical production is DTG/DTF 2–5 business days, embroidery 3–7, and print products 3–5; most domestic orders arrive within 7–10 business days from order to door, decoration included.
Yes — Brikl shows real-time order status across all your stores, on one list with the source, the progress, the amount, the customer, the owner and the in-hands date. Each order moves through received, in progress and shipped, and tracking numbers are generated automatically when the fulfillment partner ships.

Yes — Brikl supports self-fulfillment: mark items as self-fulfilled and you receive the order details to produce and ship yourself, with the payout calculated without COGS or shipping deducted by Brikl.
On Brikl's Launch plan, Brikl is the Merchant of Record: payments run through Stripe, Brikl collects the payment, deducts fees and pays out your profit via Stripe Express. On Enterprise and Connect you are the Merchant of Record and Brikl invoices you separately.
On Brikl's Launch plan you're prompted to create a Stripe Express account at signup. Brikl never stores your bank details — all financial data is handled through Stripe's secure tokenized infrastructure.
Brikl disburses payouts on the 1st and 15th of each month via Stripe Express, after which Stripe transfers funds to your linked bank account on a daily rolling basis.
On Brikl, an on-demand payout is Order Total (excl. tax) minus COGS minus Shipping minus the Brikl fee (3.5% of the total excl. tax) minus the Stripe fee (2.9% + $0.30, charged on the full amount the shopper pays). Example: a $50.00 order including $2.55 sales tax — $47.45 excluding it — with $25.00 COGS and $9.95 shipping yields about $9.09 profit.
On Brikl, a self-fulfilled payout is Order Total (excl. tax) minus the Brikl fee (3.5%) minus the Stripe fee (2.9% + $0.30), with no COGS or shipping deducted because you handle fulfillment.
On Brikl, when a coupon covers part of an order the payout is calculated on the reduced amount; when a coupon covers 100% of the order there's no Stripe payment fee, but COGS, shipping and the 3.5% Brikl fee still apply and Brikl invoices you for the balance.
On Brikl Enterprise and Connect you are the Merchant of Record: you collect payments directly through your own payment gateway, and Brikl invoices you separately for the agreed platform fee.
On Brikl's Launch plan, shoppers pay by credit card via Stripe; on Enterprise, available methods depend on your own payment gateway. You can also enable coupon codes for discounts, and gift or point cards shoppers spend at checkout.
Yes — Brikl Wallet issues two kinds of card: a gift card holding a money balance, and a point card holding points that convert to cash at a rate you set. The shopper enters the card's code at checkout and the balance comes down as they spend it. Each card carries an expiry date and can be scoped to one customer's storefronts, which is how uniform allowances, recognition points and new-hire budgets are run.
Yes — Brikl supports fundraising: configure a fundraiser upcharge as a percentage of the sell price or a flat amount per item, give it a goal, and apply it to the catalogs the programme sells from. What it has collected is tracked against the goal, separately from your profit margin.
Yes — Brikl reports are saved views of a section's own table: pick a source such as orders, stores or discounts, choose which columns to include, filter the rows by status and period, and have it delivered as a PDF, CSV or XLSX daily, weekly, monthly or on demand. There is no query builder to learn, because the report is the same table you already read on screen.
On Brikl, shipping varies by fulfillment provider: Printful Enterprise rates are based on weight, dimensions and destination, while all other providers apply a flat fee of $9.95 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
Yes — Brikl supports international shipping through Printful Enterprise, whose global production network ships to destinations worldwide with rates based on weight, dimensions and destination. Available destinations vary, and international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
On Brikl's Launch plan, Brikl calculates, collects and remits sales tax on your behalf; on the Enterprise plan, you connect your own tax management software (TaxJar, Avalara, Vertex).
Yes — Brikl supports tax-exempt stores for nonprofits, schools, government entities and wholesale/resale accounts. On Launch, Brikl configures the exemption so eligible orders show $0 sales tax while every transaction stays on record for audit; on Enterprise you configure it in your own tax software.
Brikl supports 17 currencies: USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, MXN, GBP, BRL, JPY, NOK, PLN, SGD, HKD, KRW, SEK, DKK, CHF and NZD. Currency is set per store, and multi-currency conversions and localized tax calculations are handled automatically.
On Brikl, all products are made to order, so returns and exchanges aren't supported for wrong size, color, style or change of mind. Free replacements are available within 7 days for damaged or defective items with photo evidence, and refunds are issued only for out-of-stock or discontinued items.
If a Brikl order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact Brikl support within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and a brief description. Brikl reviews the case and arranges a free replacement if the product doesn't meet quality standards.
On Brikl, once an order is placed cancellations are highly limited: if it hasn't entered production yet, contact support immediately and it may still be possible; once production has started or it has shipped, it can't be cancelled.
Brikl holds SOC 2 Type II attestation, renewed annually, and is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant via Stripe. Additional measures include TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, MFA, regular penetration testing, 24/7 monitoring and dedicated incident response.

Brikl processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations: shopper data is used solely to fulfill orders and is never sold to third parties, payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, and Enterprise clients can request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
On Brikl, "unlimited" means every plan includes unlimited stores, unlimited users and unlimited organizations at no additional cost — there's no per-seat charge and no cap on how many stores you can create.
Yes — Brikl is API-first, and every action available in the interface is exposed programmatically rather than only on a screen. Brikl also connects to the systems around it: tax software, payment gateways, decorator and fulfillment APIs, and the storefront platforms a client's website may already run on.
On Brikl, platform actions are exposed as tools an AI client can call, so an AI acting on your behalf can fetch real product, pricing, stock and order data rather than a PDF. Access is governed: an AI client authenticates like any other connection and works within scoped tools you control.
Brikl for AI, which lets you run the business from your own chat, is new in v3.0. Every action available in the interface is callable as a tool from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok, on the same scopes, authentication and review queue that govern every other connection. Because you use your own AI client, the token cost sits on your existing AI subscription rather than being resold by the platform.
