The promo timeline
4–5 weeks before school
Build the store and line up the launch drop. Reach coaches, team leads, and PTA/booster contacts before the season locks in.
Launch week
Send the announcement email, post on social, and share the QR code. Feature the launch-drop design.
Back-to-School Night
Put the QR flyer in front of the biggest crowd of the season. This single night can drive a large share of orders.
Mid-drop
Send a progress update — 'over 80 families have ordered' — to trigger the crowd effect.
48 hours before a drop closes

All season
