Fulfill Engine's decorator network operates under a structured quality management system — not informal best-effort production. Here's how it works.
Every order carries a target ship date. The standard network SLA is five business days from the moment an order enters production. Decorators are expected to maintain a 95% on-time shipping rate. Performance is tracked automatically through Fulfill Engine's software — not self-reported.
Quality metrics are tracked separately from on-time metrics. Fulfill Engine monitors replacement request rates per decorator, broken down by decoration method. If a decorator is performing well on DTG and DTF but struggling with embroidery, that shows up in the data.
Fulfill Engine meets with network decorators on a bi-weekly cadenceto review performance metrics, investigate root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions. Production is tracked down to the operator level — with timestamps and sign-in records — so issues can be traced to specific people, machines, and decoration runs.
Every order passes through two separate quality checkpoints before shipping:
Orders are not randomly assigned. Fulfill Engine routes each order based on multiple factors:
Fulfill Engine's parent company, Stahls', operates its own production facilities in Michigan and Pennsylvania. These facilities run the same software as every network decorator.
For DTF production, every decorator in the network uses the same consumables — identical ink, film, and powder — as Stahls' own facilities. Stahls' retrofits DTF printers across the network to ensure one-to-one output consistency. For embroidery, decorators are mapped with their thread brands so orders can be locked to specific thread lines when color precision is critical.
Fulfill Engine offers an embroidery digitization service with a typical 24-hour turnaround. If an embroidery file doesn't meet quality standards, operators flag it before production and the file can be re-digitized to prevent quality issues downstream.
Add Fulfill Engine products to your Brikl store and automate decoration and fulfillment from day one.
