How much does Brikl cost?+
Nothing upfront. No setup fee, no monthly subscription, no per-seat charge. Brikl takes a 3.5% commission on each transaction — that's it. You keep everything else.
Can I use my own decorator or fulfillment partner?+
Yes. If you decorate in-house or have an existing supplier relationship, you can connect them as a fulfillment partner and route orders to them directly. Brikl also has 12 pre-integrated fulfillment partners you can use out of the box.
Does Brikl replace my current tools?+
Not necessarily. Most distributors run Brikl alongside their existing ERP or order management system. Brikl handles the storefront, checkout, order routing, and payouts — your other tools handle whatever they handled before.
Who handles sales tax?+
Brikl does. Because Brikl is the Merchant of Record, we calculate, collect, and remit sales tax across all US states automatically. It never appears in your payout — it was never your money to begin with.
How long does fulfillment take?+
Typically 7–10 business days from order to delivery, including production and shipping. Turnaround varies by decoration method and fulfillment partner — some partners offer rush production.
